Step 1 

Check to see if we have your IEM on our system. If you see your IEM, select it and place an order online.

Step 2

Ship your ear impression together with your name and order number to:

Step 3

Send tracking number of ear impression together with order number to support@adv-sound.com.

Step 4

Production takes about 4-5 weeks after the ear impression is received.
