What is Tech-Care Ear Gel?

Tech-care Ear-gel is a water-soluble gel that is included in each Eartune Fidelity order. It is safe to use in the ear canal. It’s meant to help the custom tips slide into your ear canal easily. Not everyone needs it, so try to insert the Eartune Fidelity tips without it first and only use as needed.

1. Place a small amount of Tech-care Ear-gel around the nozzle (do not cover the sound bore) to help lubricate it for insertion.
2. Slide the IEM adapter in your ear, without using excessive force.

After a couple uses, your ear oils will naturally lubricate the Eartune Fidelity, and there shouldn't be a need for the gel.
