My IEM's not under the compatibility list. How can I order Eartune Fidelity for it?

1. Email us at support@adv-sound.com with following information:
   
   • • IEM Name
     • Clear photos of the IEM without the tips that can show the nozzle area in multiple angles
2. We will then determine if it is possible to design the Fidelity tips for the inquired IEM.
3. If it is deemed possible, we will inform you:
   
   • • The IEM together with the ear impressions, must be shipped to our lab, if choosing to proceed forward with the order.
4. We will then add the IEM onto the compatibility list for you to choose, so that you can place the order.
5. After order is placed, ship IEM and ear impressions to our lab at below address:

        Santa Cruz, CA 95062
6. Email us the tracking number for the package shipped.
7. Upon receipt of your package, it takes us between 5-6 weeks to 3D design and craft your tips. Once finished, your IEM and ear impressions will be shipped back to you along with your new Eartune Fidelity custom tips.
