My Model 3 was great in the beginning, but the sound deterioriated recently. What is the issue?

Model 2, Model 3 and Model 3 2BA have a thin nozzle that requires a cleared path to have the best sound quality and life duration. The following steps will help keep the monitors clean.

Please remove the tips from the monitors. Use a moist towel to gently wipe any ear wax or debris that might have clung onto the tips. Do not use any form of alcohol on the foam tips. It will cause them to deteriorate and become sticky.

Take an alcohol pad and gently wipe down the monitors. Please make sure to clear any obstructions from the thin nozzle. A wax loop will help clear any ear wax trapped within the nozzle. Be careful when removing any clogs within the nozzle, as it may push in the debris.
