Bluetooth connection is unstable, how can I reset the Model Y?

To reset Model Y, Please try the following steps :

Step 1. Put the earbuds back into the charging case and "Forget" "ADV. MODEL Y" from all of your devices.

Step 2. Take out both earbuds from the charging case.

Step 3. Double-tap and hold both earbuds simultaneously to manually turn the earbuds off.

Step 4. Tap and hold both earbuds simultaneously to manually turn the earbuds back on. Wait for about 15 seconds (Ignore any lights or any changes during this 15 seconds).

Step 5. Tap three times both earbuds simultaneously.

Step 6. Pair to the device of choice.

Going through the above steps should allow you to pair normally.
